The ambience is nice, but the service is painfully slow. My meal took an hour, and the white chocolate I ordered before it arrived took over 20 minutes too. I had to call a supervisor and place that order again. I won't be coming back, especially for food.

The reception was warm, and when we arrived late in the evening the security guard welcomed us and gave clear, concise directions. I did find a design problem in the rooms, though. The curtains didn't cover enough, so someone outside could easily look in, and the bed was right by the window. I ended up with a room at the end, where the window didn't face the corridor. Eland should reconsider the room layout and provide better curtains.

I had a nice experience a week ago. The customer service was friendly, and the lady at the entrance did a very good job with security. There's safe, ample parking too.

Eland is in Nyeri Town, but it's surprisingly quiet, a nice place to unwind after a long day at work. The food is even better than the already really nice place itself.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and smart, and the environment feels comfortable. The dining room service is awesome, with humble, hospitable men and women. I love this place already. The service is superb. May God bless you.
