The countryside sounds make it easy to relax, and the well-spaced villas work nicely for a weekend away or a vacation. There’s plenty of room for events too, with conference halls and big green gardens suited to meetings and team building. Families have lots to do outdoors, including horse riding, a kids park, and outdoor chess.

The rooms are so spacious, and the decor and finish are a masterpiece. The food was yummy, and the staff were warm and wonderful. Steven served us excellently, and Catherine at reception welcomed us so well. I’ll go back again, God willing. People should discover this gem.

The buffet and main bar could use some improvement, but it’s still a very nice place and I loved it. The setting is cool, with Chinese food among the options, a swimming pool, and a children’s playground.

The deluxe rooms are lovely, with makuti roofs and little lights that look like stars, plus a big fireplace for chilly nights. The decor and room service were great, and the cuisine is very continental. There’s even a great jazz band. It makes for a wonderful escape from the city hassle.

The price seemed reasonable for what was offered, and the staff were marvellous. The rooms have an exquisite finish and are well designed. It’s peaceful, with a view of Mt Kenya and a poolside that’s child friendly.
