The staff who serve you are great, but I wasn’t happy with today’s meal. It didn’t seem as fresh as it should have, and the beef and chicken stews had more vegetables than meat. They should also reconsider the 1,500 minimum spend for staying longer than an hour or using a laptop in the facility.

The bed was nicely done, and there’s a beautiful rooftop swimming pool. It’s a cool place with good food, too.

I’ve been coming here for over two years, and the hotel used to provide good service. The current manager is a whole different story: very unprofessional, with no courtesy, no response to customer complaints, and a rude, dismissive attitude.

The manager on duty on 5/12/25 was extremely unprofessional. He needs retraining and more work on customer care.

I came expecting hospitality, but left after getting a lesson in rudeness from the manager, Vincent. His attitude would make for a stale, bitter, badly presented menu item. I hadn’t realized a manager could seem so allergic to professionalism. The only five-star thing was his arrogance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
