I liked the peaceful feel here, and the restaurant is roomy, with plenty of places to sit inside or out. There’s no music playing, so it’s quiet enough to catch up with a friend for hours over a meal. I had fries, stir-fried pork and kachumbari, and really enjoyed the taste. The waiters were polite and the service was good, though food takes about 30 minutes to prepare after ordering. It’s at OJ roundabout, Ruiru. Adult swimming costs Ksh. 500.

Even late at night, the food comes out looking lovely, and the serving is generous.

The lawns are beautifully kept and the ambience is great, but the food costs a lot for such small portions. We waited an hour for it, and photography isn’t allowed. They should give more food and let people take photos for free.

The food deserves five stars, and the chefs are excellent. There’s a good restaurant with a range of drinks, and the garden is peaceful, neatly arranged and well maintained. The staff were wonderful and the environment and service were five star, so I was generally happy. The rooms didn’t meet my expectations, though, and feel out of step with the facilities. There’s plenty to improve there. They also need to finish the gym and swimming pool. Thank you.
