It’s a good space and kid friendly, but the customer service still needs work. We waited close to an hour, then got smokeys when we’d ordered sausages. They tasted so strange the child couldn’t swallow them. Another light skinned waitress was cold with us, and the whole vibe felt like we weren’t welcome. I guess the treatment is worth the value.

The service is fair, but poolside discipline needs attention, especially among younger people. Sundays used to be fun family days, but seeing erotic scenes in broad daylight by the pool with children and families around is making them awkward. The poolside is starting to feel like Sodom and Gomorrah.

The food was much better than I expected, and the ambience is pretty cool. The place itself is basic, though service could use an upgrade. It’s outside the town centre, so you’ll need a motorcycle or your own car to get there. Still, a lovely place.

The rooms and service are good. Music from the pool was too loud, but we asked them to turn it down and they did.

There’s a large outdoor area for events and conference rooms too. Adult swimming costs sh.200. Food and drinks came slowly, and they didn’t bring our drinks until the food was ready.
