The game drive was breathtaking, and Jay was a kind, caring, professional driver. His excellent driving helped us feel safe and relaxed. Kevin also put a lot of effort into making our stay special. And the lovely woman who runs the homes gave us an exceptional welcome, with an amazing smile. Thank you. At Olakira Mara Homes, everything felt thoughtfully arranged and cozy from the moment we arrived. The house was spotless and tidy, with crisp white cotton sheets and a fresh, calming feel that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The candlelit dinner was magical, with perfectly prepared food and plenty of variety. We had a wonderful stay and left with lovely memories. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Maasai Mara.

We had a 10/10 stay at Olakira. The teams were welcoming and kind, and everyone knew their role. The amenities felt modern, comfortable, and classy. My highlight was the silent disco, a fun way for everyone to enjoy the wild night while staying mindful of the neighbours.

The hosts made the place feel homely, and the food was good. We had an awesome time, especially around the bonfire and out on safari. Best place to stay in the Mara.

The location works well, just a short distance from the Maasai Mara entrance. Rooms are spacious and spotless, with lovely outdoor areas and a beautiful pool that’s great for families. The staff are warm and attentive, and the food was outstanding.

Olakira Mara Homes was a lovely, peaceful place to stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully kept. The staff were professional and attentive, and they paid close attention to the little things I asked for. I felt genuinely looked after the whole time. I’d recommend it for a serene getaway with comfort and great service, and I’d happily return.
