The grill was decent the last time we ate there, but the pool experience has worsened. We've been visiting it regularly for the past two years, and the water is very cloudy. The fries taste worse than warmed-up frozen ones, and now even companions who don't swim have to pay. The price has risen to 400 KSh, which I can understand given inflation. The pool still gets crowded, especially on weekends. I think that's because many people don't know about the good alternatives around Thika.

They charge KSh 1,500 if a guest visits your room, and even room delivery for food costs KSh 200. Visitors are told to wait downstairs and aren't allowed up to the room. There are high hidden charges here, and they seem to charge for everything.

At Cravers Hotel, room assignments seemed biased. Some staff members, Peter, Pauline, and Naomi, treated guests unfairly when allocating rooms, which felt unprofessional. Guests should be treated equally, and management needs to address this and improve customer service.
