The toilets and showers weren’t clean, there was no water, and nothing seemed to be maintained. Honestly, it felt like an abandoned building with electricity rather than a hotel. Watch the video and don’t waste your money.

Meals and accommodation are very fairly priced, and it’s an all-inclusive place that works well for families, seminars, or even a solo visit. The service and kids zone are the parts that need improvement.

The meals they serve are sumptuous, and the hotel is in a good location. Our menu needed a small adjustment that got missed, which was a bit inconvenient. That’s why I couldn’t give the service five stars.

The pool is large and well maintained, and the guards and attendants are friendly. Internet is shaky and hard to rely on. Service can be slow when there are lots of guests, and management should add more staff. I’ve been there three times and left without being served.

On the west side of Nairobi Metro Area, it’s a very good choice. They’re helpful even before you arrive if you need information about the area. At dinner and breakfast, the people there made sure we had everything we needed, and the staff make you feel at home. The service is excellent.
