We left frustrated and disappointed. For the price, we expected basic comforts, but no drinking water was provided, and the staff were dismissive and unhelpful from check-in on. The shower smelled rotten and its drain was clogged, leaving water pooled in the bathroom. The night security guard was the only person who tried to help unclog it, but the problem remained. This was one of my worst stays, and the management needs serious improvement. I’d spend the money elsewhere in Diani instead of risking a ruined stay at Diani Classic Guest House, in the same building as Cooperative Bank.

For a budget vacation, this guest house is affordable and has spacious rooms. It’s also strategically placed, with balconies looking out over the main access road to Diani beach.

A convenient place to stay, with easy road access, inside parking, improved security and an easy payment system. The rooms are clean, tidy and well ventilated. They used to have TV remotes in the rooms, but you can ask for one at reception. WiFi isn’t as reliable as it used to be, and they previously provided two bottles of drinking water.

This guest house shares a building with Cooperative Bank, and the rooms feel like Airbnb. You can lie there dreaming about owning all the money at Cooperative bank 😁. Work hard and maybe you’ll get to sleep here.
