The pool is practical, the place is tranquil, and it’s a cool spot in the middle of Watamu’s heat. It’s very close to a beautiful beach, Willies restaurant and bar, and plenty of other eateries. I stayed in the house. The lounge is too small, the bedrooms are okay, and the showers need work because the water only trickles out. The kitchen also needs work and lacks utensils. The staff are alright, and Joseph is more than helpful, unlike the indifferent manager. I’d visit again, but I really hope they fix the showers.

Compact room, but with a nice outdoor patio for relaxing. Breakfast and other food choices are expensive, though the rooms are unbeatable value for money. This is a beautiful, nicely decorated resort with a clean pool and very friendly staff. It’s 300m from the beach, close by even though it’s off the main road. A little paradise. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, a short walk from the beach and lots of shops and restaurants, and the staff were wonderful. There’s a beautiful pool and plenty of cool spots to hang out around the property. Some have sea views if you go upstairs. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, with hot showers. They kindly let us leave our bakkie parked there for a few days while we flew to Lamu, in exchange for a staff tip at our discretion. Parking is very limited, so check ahead if you’d like to do the same. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The garden and pool were lovely, and the resort is close to the beach. We got excellent service from really helpful staff. The freshly made juices and seafood were standouts.

We loved breakfast on the pretty terrace, along with the fresh coconuts and pool. The beach is a short walk away. It gets hot on the Kenyan coast, so an air-conditioned room is best, though the fans they provide are good too.
