The beach was easy to get to, and the space itself was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Carol was such a caring host and checked that I had what I needed. I had a wonderful stay at House of Mumbi and would happily visit again. Highly recommend it.

The hot water system felt outright dangerous, and when we raised that concern, things with Carol only got worse. She cut off our access to drinking water and replaced it with salty water. It felt like she was trying to push us out quickly. She caused unnecessary problems throughout our stay and didn't seem interested in resolving the issues we brought up. I found her malicious and untrustworthy. I strongly advise against staying here. The caretaker and management showed a lack of seriousness and professionalism, and I felt they had no regard for guests' safety or well-being. The experience was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this guest house to anyone. There are better, safer options. Save yourself the trouble.

The beach is beautiful and just a four-minute walk from this quiet, peaceful home. The staff were kind and helpful, and the bedding was the softest I've ever slept on. Caroline, great job as host 🤍💫. I'll definitely be back.

Guests' privacy isn't respected here, and I found the caretaker untrustworthy. The house also lacks proper security, so thieves could get in easily at any time. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The ocean breeze on the balcony in the evening was so soothing, especially after a few strolls to the beach. The place matched the photos, and the supportive host kept it clean and well maintained. I'll definitely visit again!
