I wanted a holiday where I could do nothing, and that’s exactly what I got. It’s a great home to choose with family, friends, or colleagues, with peace, quiet, privacy, and cleanliness. The staff were very polite too.

The house and pool are beautifully designed, and the landscaping is lovely. The staff were good, but management of the property was very poor, with serious leaks in the kitchen, toilets, and rooms.

We were left outside at 11 pm even though I’d told them our arrival time in advance and had received confirmation twice. The guard saw the confirmation but said he’d been told not to let anyone in, then went back inside and disappeared. The ground manager and account manager had both switched off their phones, and calls, knocking, and attempts to get help from additional security didn’t get us anywhere. We were furious and confused. The town was fully booked, and we only found somewhere else by sheer luck at 1:30 am. Otherwise, we would have been sleeping on the street. The next morning, the account manager told me the owner had apparently decided to use all the accommodations himself and turn away guests who were already there. I’ve never encountered behavior this unprofessional and unsafe in tourism. I’d tell people to stay far away.

The host was so friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean, right down to the details. It felt like home away from home. We loved the experience, and I have to bring my family back!
