Impressive accommodation, a good location, and no hassle. The place was clean and the swimming was good.

The owner lives on the top floor, while guests stay downstairs. She was around but never came to welcome us or even say hello, unlike hosts at many other places I've visited. The kitchen was very dirty, including the tiles, floor, sink area, and cupboards. There's no fan, so it was too hot and uncomfortable to prepare anything there. One bedroom had five beds but only one fan. We also couldn't swim during our two days because the pool water was green. The owner knew guests were coming in December but didn't seem concerned about getting the pool ready. Getting to the beach wasn't ideal either, since you have to go down some rocks. The villa is very close to Papa Remo Beach, the 7 islands, and Watamu mall, but I wouldn't stay here again. It wasn't worth the money.

The clean pool and easy beach access were highlights, and the compound was kept clean too. The staff had the right attitude, and I enjoyed the peaceful setting, accommodation, and accessibility. I can't wait to come back. I recommend this place 100%.

We had a lousy stay. Someone opened our locked room, took our camera, and rummaged through our backpacks looking for money. The accommodation felt unsafe, and talking to the owner, Sharon, was a horror. She didn't take care of anything or offer a solution. The bathroom was full of cockroaches. I don't recommend staying here at all.
