Bridges Hotel

I went up to the roof for the mountain panorama, which was beautiful. Bridges doesn’t offer five-star accommodation, but if I’m in Bishkek again, I’ll most likely stay there. This was my third night at Bridges Hotel in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, in February 2026, and my third very nice stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I especially liked the kitchen team and the kitchen manager, who makes very good omelettes. Their friendly service makes the wide breakfast selection even more enjoyable.

It was hectic hauling luggage between hotels and then coming back to the original spot for the next day’s tour pickup. I’d booked three nights, but at check-in they sent me elsewhere for the first night, then on day two sent me to another hotel an hour away. They did find places for me at the last minute, but the reservations were clearly not handled properly.

The staff were top-notch, and breakfast was free. I had a leaking shower pipe at the connection, but they fixed it quickly. Keep the bathroom door shut because there’s a heated towel rack. The hotel is centrally located in Bishkek, with comfortable beds. If you’re choosing a room, get one facing the main street: trains run behind the building. The wall air conditioner is quiet, so it’s best to keep the window closed. Traffic downtown gets really bad between 5 and 7 o’clock, so plan around that. Great value through Hotels.com.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the outside looks nice. The rooms feel worn and could use some updating, though they’re okay if you’re just passing through. There isn’t much parking outside.
