The neighborhood was peaceful, and it took about a 15-minute walk to reach Ala Too square. Staff were friendly and did their best to make me comfortable, so I'll be back. My basic double room was huge, with a large bed and closet, a spacious bathroom with enough amenities, and a TV with several online options. Breakfast had to be ordered by telling reception the night before what time you wanted it, though it was served between 8-10:30. There were six menu choices. I picked the English breakfast, two eggs and three sausages with vegetables, and it was delicious. Tea came with it, too. I stayed for 3 nights.

The reception staff member wearing a hijab was especially kind and helpful, more so than the others. The hostel looks fantastic, with a separate dining room and coffee lounge, plus clean, separate toilets and showers. A bidet shower in the toilet would have made it even better.

The front desk service was brilliant, and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very good, too. The place is close to the main square and within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants.

The rooms and beds are really nice, and the lockers are huge enough for several bags. Getting to downtown is a bit of a trek, though, and finding an inexpensive place to eat was a pain.

The desk staff were super kind and helpful, and the location was good. I liked the comfortable bed and the little coffee shop for relaxing. They provide free water, and you can use the kitchen if you need to.
