Coffee shops are all around, and the hotel is in an amazing location. Most of all, Ms Shakhnoze was wonderful, warm and welcoming, greeting everyone with a genuine smile. I’ll definitely come back.

What makes this hotel a great choice is that it’s central but tucked away down a couple of small side roads, so it stays very quiet. Nice shops and restaurants are nearby, and the main centre is about a 15 minute walk or a short, cheap cab ride away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was large and well appointed, and the air conditioning worked really well. Breakfast was included. It had a little less choice than at some larger hotels, but there was plenty to pick from and the quality was very good. We had an early checkout for our flight home, and they offered us breakfast to go. Everything was well managed and very good.
I came back to Bishkek for work and got another chance to stay at one of my favorite hotels anywhere. Solutel works so well as a base for work, and for a holiday too. The service is genuine, and booking or changing plans is handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful details. The desk and chair make it easy to get work done. I love the filter coffee machine, which I haven’t seen anywhere else, and the big TV isn’t locked, so you can stream from your own devices. The bed is huge and comfy, and blackout curtains and triple glazing made it peaceful after a middle-of-the-night arrival. The bathroom was clean, with a roomy shower. The staff go out of their way to help. Solutel is right at the top of my hotels for work travel. I really hope to stay again. Well done, Solutel.
What stood out most was the welcoming, super friendly staff. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The towels were a little worn and need replacing. The hotel is well located in the city center, with several nice restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away.
The staff at Solutel Hotel were very welcoming. They helped us figure out transport around Bishkek and suggested places to visit after Bishkek. I’d recommend staying here for a relaxing break in the heart of the city. Room 45 was perfect for me: modern, well maintained, with a huge, incredibly comfortable bed and heated bathroom flooring. Tea and coffee were provided, and there was a fridge and minibar. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a wide range of local and international food. Breakfast was included, with loads of delicious options. Solutel is just 1.2km from Ata Loo Square, and there’s a small shop nearby. A shining example of a hotel that knows what it’s doing.
