Hostel 53

I was very happy staying here, largely because of the staff. The reception team treated us politely and gave us a warm welcome each morning. Jainagul at reception was especially kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the service was excellent. Thank you.

The breakfast buffet had a good range, and the location made it convenient to explore Bishkek. At Hotel Gastello, I found the rooms clean, modern, and comfortably furnished. The staff were attentive and friendly, which made for a pleasant stay.

Gastello is about 15 minutes from the city center, which felt manageable with the Yandex app. They also offer pickup and drop-off for a very small fee, using a top-of-the-line car. The staff were accommodating and helped us beyond what we expected, and breakfast was good too.

Breakfast was freshly cooked each day and included local specialties, unlike the standard hotel breakfast many places stick to. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms modern, and the rooms had A/C, which matters in the intense summer heat. It's a very modern hotel, with excellent concierge service around the clock. Thanks for the warm hospitality and nice accommodation. I'd give it six stars if I could.
