The rooms are large and clean, and the restaurant is excellent. I just wish I could adjust the room temperature myself. I’m especially grateful to Mr. Dastan, who went out of his way to take me to the airport and help with check-in when I was ill. I really appreciate the great service from him and the hotel.

The location was A++, and we loved the bed, pillows, and shower. It’s a lovely hotel with accommodating staff and good facilities. The only letdown was that the chicken at dinner was overcooked.

The restaurant bar had a nice atmosphere, attentive service, and a wide choice of international dishes on the menu. I enjoyed it.

The hotel’s location and staff are great, and my recently renovated room was perfect. The club lounge was closed, though. I appreciated their attempt to make up for it at the lounge downstairs, and the drinks there were great, but the food was really disappointing. I’ve stayed in countless lounges across 93 countries, mostly at Hilton and Marriott properties. I feel Hyatt underperforms with its lounges, and that’s something I consider when booking, especially since I stay over 100 nights a year.
