Hotel Lulu

I don’t often leave reviews, but I wanted to warn others. My booking clearly listed what was included, yet when I arrived I was asked to pay for items that should have been covered. The staff handled it in a way that felt dishonest, and I left very disappointed.

We loved staying at The Hotel LuLu. Before our Kyrgyzstan vacation, I contacted them with questions about checking in early, and they were kind and responsive even before we arrived. Kunduz, Kasym, Nursalim, and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke English very well. Our room was clean, spacious, and had excellent amenities. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with its wide range of fresh options. The location made it easy to explore the city. I’ll always be grateful for what Hotel LuLu did for us. They let us leave our luggage while we were in Kazakhstan, and when something unexpected happened, they even helped deliver it to the Kazakhstan border, although that was beyond what they had to do. Thank you so much, Hotel Lulu😘😘😘 I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it 💯 I only have videos, which I posted on TikTok, not photos.

The rooms felt luxurious for the price, and everyone was both friendly and professional. I loved my stay and would come back.

There’s plenty to explore on foot from here, and a few places to eat within about 800 meters, though things tend to close around 8 pm. The hotel has 10 floors; the last four are in good shape, and the 10th-floor balcony looks out over either the city or the mountains. I’d avoid floor 7. Breakfast had a useful range of choices, including coffee, fruit, and eggs made to order. One extra: there’s a 24-hour gaming and computer shop downstairs.
