White Hotel & Hostel felt like much more than somewhere to sleep. I loved the positive energy, the chances to meet other travelers, share stories, and make new friends. The spacious common areas were thoughtfully designed, spotless, well maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere. I also admired their sustainability efforts and eco-friendly practices to reduce their environmental impact. The location in the heart of Bishkek made it easy to reach major attractions, while still giving me a peaceful break from the busy city. Staff welcomed me with warm smiles and made me feel at home from the start. They were friendly and accommodating, made sure I had what I needed, and offered useful tips for exploring like a local. Their passion for hospitality really showed. This was one of my best hostel stays, and it exceeded my expectations. I’ll always remember it and can’t wait to return. I wholeheartedly recommend it for an unforgettable Bishkek hostel experience.

The rooms are okay, though towels and sheets could be improved. The location is very good, right in the city center. Service and reception were helpful and professional, especially Misses Elina.

We stayed in the hotel section while in Bishkek, in an affordable en-suite double room that cost KGS 2,000 per night, around USD 29. It was clean and comfortable, and the central location put both Ala-Too Sqaure and Osh Bazaar within walking distance. We’d definitely recommend it.

I’ve stayed here plenty of times, but the mattresses are worn out and really need replacing. Of the two administrators, Masha was the best.
