Inter hotel hostel

I booked for a week, then stayed another week, so it was worth the money for me. There are lots of places to eat nearby. The rooms are on the small side, though you can choose from different options if you want a bigger one. A solid three-star stay.

You can walk to tourist attractions, and there are shops and restaurants close by. But the room had a dreadful sewage smell on the first night. Breakfast was odd too: you give them a time, then random hot food gets left on a table 15 minutes beforehand. At $50 a night for a double, there’s plenty of room for improvement.

The neighborhood felt very safe to me as a young woman traveling alone, and getting to Bishkek’s main sights was convenient. I was pleasantly surprised by the room’s size and quality and was happy with my private room on the second floor. I hadn’t realized when booking that the property also operates as a hostel.

Laundry is available for a low price, which came in handy, and popular restaurants are right nearby. The hotel looks fairly new and was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t quite to our taste, though there was nothing actually wrong with it. I’d recommend staying here.
