For the price, this was quite good. We spent two nights here with a friend in a separate room with a big bed. It was clean and pretty quiet, and the female administrator was friendly. There's a kettle, microwave, and fridge in the kitchen, but no stove and no breakfast, so you'll need to eat out or buy prepared food. Laundry costs extra each time you use the washing machine. They also kindly let us check out half an hour later than planned.

I booked this as a hotel, but when I got there it was a hostel. She gave me a room with the washroom outside it. I can't recommend it for a family.

We booked a few days ahead through booking and got a confirmation. When we showed up, they said they'd already given away all the rooms and sent us off without any explanation. They just said it wasn't a problem since there were other places to stay in the city.

We had a reservation on booking, but were told there was no room when we arrived. Other guests have described the same thing happening. Don't book here expecting to have somewhere to sleep that night.
