We arrived as four, but the room was prepared for only two or three people, and they never brought the rest of what should have been ready. They also said they’d arrange an airport taxi, but it never showed up. We had to book with a random company at the last minute, which was really stressful. The worst part was room service taking our clothes while we were out at dinner, even though we’d specifically asked them not to take anything. They put them in the wash and ruined my 200 EUR down jacket, which should never be washed like ordinary clothes. The hotel called it a staff mistake and promised compensation, but we never heard from them again. They haven’t responded to Booking either. I’ve never given a one star review before, but after taking our things and then not replying or fixing it, I can’t rate them any higher.

The breakfast buffet was good, and the location worked well. We stayed here for two separate nights, before and after a group tour. One room was nice, but the other needed work: it had no shower door, no key card reader on the door, and a hole in the drywall. It’s an average hotel, and I think there are better choices in Osh.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The service, though, was poor. When we were shown to our room, it hadn’t been made up. Someone came later with towels, but after we went to shower we found no soap, shampoo, or body gel. The duvet cover had been left on the bed too, so we had to put it on ourselves.

It’s in the city centre, close to the bazaar, and the rooms are nice. Hot water comes from a boiler, so a big family may need to take turns quickly. Breakfast has a decent choice of hot and cold dishes, but the quality could be better.
