I visited once in autumn 2018 while looking for a room for a guest. We stayed because we wanted a hotel near the restaurant where we were planning a big event, even though there was no hot water that day. The entrance was hard to find, and there was no garden. The receptionist didn’t seem interested in customers or willing to help. For what we paid, the room and service weren’t worth it. I felt sorry for the guest.

We stayed one night. The room and bed were very comfortable, everything was clean and modern, and the service was good. Breakfast was good too.

Our little city has a new hotel with a coffee shop. I tried a Capuchino and a Mohito, and it’s the best coffee in Jalal-Abad. The place is clean and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it, I’ll be back.

The rooms are nice, and the service was good. The hotel is away from the centre, though, and the staff speak English.

We only stayed briefly, but the beds were great. A very nice new hotel.
