The owner was generous and very friendly, and breakfast at the hotel was good. We stayed here for one night before going to Altyn Arashan, then another night after we returned. All the rooms are on the second floor, and you take your shoes off before entering. Our room was okay. There’s a sofa area outside the rooms to relax in, as well as an ironing area.
Now it is MYPAC HOTEL. The hotel lady keeper was very nice and tried to help with guest requests as much as possible. I really liked the shared lounge on the second floor. It’s in the middle of the guest rooms and feels like a living room at home, a good place to gather and chat with your group. Thank you very much.
We only stopped at Muras Hotel for one night, but it was a great place to stay. The host family were friendly and accommodating, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was really nice too.
The location was okay, but we didn’t like the service at all. Room cleaning was poor, breakfast wasn’t fresh and there wasn’t much of it. The owner was too restrictive.
We found this place off-season last autumn and were glad we did. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. We stayed one night.
