Breakfast was very good. The rooms felt more dated than when we stayed in 2019, though they were still adequate. The air conditioning didn’t work in room 206, and room 207 had no light in the shower or bathroom.

After coming from China via the Pamir highway, we found the hotel impressive and negotiated a rate. The rooms were clean and good. What really upset us was being refused dinner. They said they were busy with another group of 20 and couldn’t cook for us. We were six guests too, and pointed out that if they could serve 20, they could prepare food for us, but they told us to go out and eat. As foreign guests, being turned away for dinner felt wrong and left us really disheartened.

2/10
The room smelled unpleasant, and the towels were very old. The price didn’t match what I expected. The toilet wasn’t clean, and many people in our group didn’t like the food.

The rooms are really spacious, and there’s a decent kitchen plus a nice patio. It’s a little off the road, but for what you pay in Osh, it’s still a great place to stay.

Begimai at reception was so lovely and helpful, one of the best receptionists. The service was outstanding, and everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you so much!
