The hosts were lovely, and the place has a relaxed, tropical feel. We thoroughly loved our stay. It’s a $1 tuk tuk ride from the centre, and the hotel itself has a fabulous pool and superb breakfasts.

We had a wonderful stay in a standalone bungalow set around the pools. The staff were really friendly. I thoroughly recommend the local tour they offer: our guide showed us the importance and uses of rice and bananas, and we also visited the wooden railway and old Khmer homes.

We’re staying at Cozy Paradise guesthouse behind this local-style restaurant, which is very nicely presented. The menu has a good range of local and French-style food. The Fish Amok was superb, the potato gnocchi was simple but nice, and the fresh coconut was juicy and good. We’ll definitely go again during our four days here.

Everyone was very nice, but the food took an hour to arrive at dinner, and breakfast was also very, very slow. The shower was awful. Our sheets were dirty, though they changed them, and the air conditioner wasn’t working until they fixed it. The pillow was really uncomfortable, even though they gave us a somewhat better replacement. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We spent two nights here in March 2022. The garden has lovely vegetation, and the hotel is beautiful, with a deep swimming pool filled with natural salt water. The restaurant’s exquisite Khmer and French food is easy to recommend. Staff were also very helpful arranging transport and tours.
