Thea, Lisa, Sambath, and Dany were wonderful and helped with everything, from carrying our bags upstairs to arranging a tuk tuk, city tours, and a bus ticket for our next stop. The location is close to the center but still quiet, away from crowds and noise. Our room had enough space for two and our luggage, and it was cleaned daily. The clean, lovely pool gave us a place to cool off and rest from the city heat. Great value for the price, and we'd definitely recommend it.

Reception can arrange a spa treatment, and we had a great experience with that. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and our room was clean and spacious. From here you can walk to several good restaurants and coffee shops, and it's about 15 minutes on foot to the national museum. Angkor market II is right opposite the museum.

The cockroaches completely ruined our stay. Over six nights we found more than 30, mostly babies, in the bathroom, on the beds, on the walls, and elsewhere in the room. We reported it on the second night and were told the room would be cleaned and sprayed the next day, but nothing changed. After we complained again the following evening, they offered another room. We checked two, and both had cockroaches too. It was unacceptable and completely out of hand. The hotel's cleanliness and upkeep were poor in other ways as well. The sheets and pillowcases were stained, the walls were dirty, and the place didn't feel cared for. Shower temperature kept fluctuating regardless of the setting, and never got warm enough. The central location was very good, and reception and breakfast staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional.

I've stayed here lots of times for many nights, and it really feels like home. The room smells nice, and with so many places nearby I can walk everywhere. Affordable, and still my favorite hotel so far.
