The hotel is right by the Cambolink21 bus terminal, and we stayed for three nights. The staff were friendly, the place was reasonably clean, the AC worked well and the shower was fine. After some room changes, room 103 was comfortable and had a decent WIFI connection. We first got room 203, where the toilet was leaking, so we asked to move. Room 108 had no WIFI, no balcony and loud music coming from somewhere nearby, so we asked again. One inconvenience was having to leave the keycard at reception whenever we went out. I urgently needed to get online one day, but nobody was at the desk and I waited 5-10 minutes to get into the room. I'd definitely stay again.

For me, this place felt like home away from home. I've been traveling and living in hotels since 2003, and the kindness here stood out. Many thanks to the security man, front reception and house cleaning people. Everyone was friendly and helpful, with that true Cambodian kindness. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a good-sized bathroom and strong shower pressure. It had air conditioning, a closet, a nice TV, a work desk and a small fridge. It's in a quiet area away from the noise but close to everything, within a two-minute walk of the bus stations, big market and many restaurants.

The location was good, and the staff gave good tour recommendations. They were a bit rude, though, and the decor wasn't great. There's no elevator, and after an active day climbing temple stairs on a tour, getting a room on the third floor really sucked.

We found Capital Battambang Hotel convenient for restaurants, markets and the riverside. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with a cozy bed and everything working properly. Staff were welcoming, friendly and always ready to help with a smile, and check-in was smooth and professional. It offers good service and great value for the price. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend Capital Battambang Hotel to anyone visiting Battambang, and would happily stay again.

We were a family of six and stayed in rooms 202, 203 and 204. All three rooms had windows and were clean. The staff were friendly, and the price was great for budget travelers.
