The service was good, and the rooms were old but clean. The air conditioning wasn’t very cold, though it was reasonable. I hope the hotel checks these details before selling the rooms to guests.

The owner had a room but said there wasn’t one. The staff weren’t good, and she didn’t show respect to customers.

Clean, spacious room, comfy bed, and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning worked fine too. I’d definitely come back, and would recommend it to families.

I’ve been a fan of this hotel for almost ten years and still love it. It’s well placed, with easy access to nearly everything you need around town. The staff are smiley and great with kids.

I picked this hotel for a work trip to Battambang, and the room was really nice for an acceptable price. After my first night, though, I came back to find someone had entered while I was out to clean and make the bed. They'd also unzipped my bag, apparently looking for valuables. I would have happily recommended the place before that happened.
