The location is great, on the same street as the night market, and the staff are friendly. The rest was a letdown. The rooms are extremely basic, and our four sleeper only had two pillows. The hotel couldn't give us more, so we had to buy extras at the local market. The room and bathroom smelled terrible when we arrived, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the air conditioner only worked with the bathroom door shut. There was a wall list of charges for breakages, even though the bathroom towel rail was already broken. There's no bar or food service, and laundry doesn't include ironing.

The first room smelled strongly of mold, so we asked to move. The second was less smelly, thankfully, but the shower still had no hot water, which made things more frustrating. The rooms are very old and the stay was pretty terrible. I think they put too much effort into making the place look like a resort when even simpler hotels I've stayed in had better basics. For the price, I'd look elsewhere.

The pool was good and the place is close to town, but the rooms are old and the service was bad. I had a horror experience that means I won't sleep there again. Avoid one of the villas and choose the wooden house.

They clean the room every day at 10:30 AM. The pool opens at 7:00 AM and stays open until 10:30 PM. I wish I had photos of the hotel, and I could explain a lot more, but there's a whole explanation at the bottom. Breakfast isn't open there.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the food. We ate there just once, then spent our time exploring Battambang, and we'd definitely stay again if we return. My wife and I were there for a long weekend and loved the stay. We got a cold drink when we arrived, then were shown to a beautiful room that was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The garden was stunning, the pool was small but adequate, and the staff were excellent. Everything else felt fantastic from arrival to departure.
