There’s plenty around this little town, from the city center and market to fresh lobster and lots of greenery. I really like staying here, though I think the room prices could be a bit lower for a place this small.

The Deluxe and Superior rooms are clean. They cost 35 to 45 without breakfast.

The TV didn't work, and our Superior twin room B2 was right beside reception. We were woken several times early in the morning by the noise of cars coming and going. The room was humid and smelled because of it, and it wasn't very clean. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived, and the bed sheets were dirty. This was the worst stay of our four months in South East Asia. I don't know whether there are better places to stay around here, but I definitely can't recommend this one.

Breakfast took a while, but it hit the spot. We were happy with our clean rooms, AC, and the shower in the bathroom. It was a comfortable stop on our bike tour, and we met other Americans travelling with an educational charity for women. This is a quality guest house. There isn't much English spoken. Since it's a malaria area, cover up at night.

The room needs some basic fixes, and the staff could use proper training. We were in VIP room 1 beside reception and got woken several times between 6 am and 7 am by the noise. The bed had no sheet, just a thin yellow decorative cloth that wasn't clean. After we complained, they brought real sheets and a duvet. The shower curtain also looked yellowish and dirty, so a shower cabinet would be better. The place has a lot of potential. I'm not sure there are better options nearby, but for one night I think it's tolerable.
