I was there for almost a week, and the daytime receptionist was lovely, friendly, polite, and good at communicating in English. The night receptionist, a petite young woman with braces, was a totally different experience. She seemed irritated with guests and had a poor attitude, often coming across as argumentative, confrontational, and not interested in helping. On the day I checked out, I asked her three times how much an item cost and got no answer. She just sat there smiling and laughing, so I asked if something was wrong. She seemed to think I couldn't understand the local language, then mocked me and laughed about me with her colleague.

The call center receptionist was absolutely bad. I called to ask whether a room was available, and she said she didn't know. Then she told me to come and check in person. I don't understand why I'd have to travel there just to ask about availability.

Maybe you think we're only drivers and don't get tips like the other staff.
