The staff really made this stay memorable. Everyone was helpful, including the front desk, and the food manager remembered exactly how I liked my coffee and made it that way throughout my stay. Breakfast was superb too. The hotel is beside the palace, and the waterfront is an easy walk away, lively at night with locals and tourists. Our room was large, and I'd definitely recommend the hotel. A special thanks to all the staff, you were brilliant.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the spa was excellent. I have a bad back, and after the massage it felt much better. Our first dinner at the restaurant was delicious, with great service, and the breakfasts were good as well. The hotel is in a perfect spot, and our balcony window looked over the Royal Palace rooftops. The room was lovely and spacious, with a kitchen area, though it only had a couple of glasses and a spatula. A few plates and some cutlery would have helped.

The apartments were comfortable, well equipped, and cleaned daily. Common areas and dining spaces were very clean too. Staff were kind, attentive, and capable. Check-in and checkout were quick and straightforward. Good value for the price, and thanks to the team for all their help.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at Palace Gate Hotel & Residence, Phnom Penh. We booked directly through their WhatsApp channel, and got an immediate, hassle-free response. The direct booking also came with an upgrade to a two-bedroom unit, which worked perfectly for us. The hotel is comfortable, well maintained, and within walking distance of most amenities. The staff were courteous and quick to help. Tuy Sopheak helped us arrange a boat ride and guided us whenever we needed it. There is only one lift, so at busy times we sometimes had to wait a little. From booking through checkout, though, the experience was smooth. Highly recommended for a visit to Phnom Penh.

Our apartment was huge, spotlessly clean, and had very comfortable beds. It included a kitchen and a living and dining area, and I was upgraded to a two-bedroom unit with loads of space. The hotel is central and the staff were excellent, helping with breakfast arrangements and transfers. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The street itself seemed less clean and maintained than other parts of the city, but it didn't spoil the stay. The hotel has just one elevator for nine floors, and it got crowded, especially with a group of 30 people. Still, that was a small inconvenience alongside the comfort and value. I'd recommend The Palace Gate Residences and would stay again.
