I’ve been a regular here for years and stay at least twice a year, but check-in was a really bad experience. I booked and paid for the room a month in advance. The old team gave great service, while the current team’s customer service is very poor. They showed a cheap attitude toward a long-time loyal customer. I’m coming to Phnom Penh again in a month, but I’ll definitely look for another hotel.

The WiFi is abysmal and barely works, cutting in and out every three seconds. You can also hear through the walls because the rooms are poorly soundproofed. The location looks good and the internet pictures look appealing, but the nearest convenience store is about a 12-minute walk, or around eight minutes in the opposite direction to another one.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were kind and attentive, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was okay and the price felt fair. The air conditioning could use some improvement.

A good location, clean rooms, and a decent breakfast. I had a hard time getting useful help from the staff, though. They couldn't suggest places to eat, say which ATMs were reliable, or point me to somewhere to change money. Apart from that, not much to fault.

We loved it so much that we're coming back for two more stays. The rooms have what you need, the staff are lovely, and it's right in the center. Highly recommend :)
