The property sits down a small alley near Kab Ko local market. The alley could be cleaner, though it's shared with local residents. Once inside, the reception and building were spotless. Staff were friendly, and the elevator was handy. I only booked one night and wasn't expecting much, but the room surprised me. It was spacious, almost like a small apartment, with a separate bedroom and living area. Everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The shower head was broken and needs fixing. A small fan in the living room would make things more comfortable, too. Still, it was a great stay, and I'd come back next time I'm in Phnom Penh.

The location is the only good thing. The Wi-Fi is the worst, the room is tiny, and they don't seem to care. The air conditioning is awful. The kitchen and bathroom were both good, and the bed was good too. There were no towels or hand towels, and only a little toilet paper. The windows faced walls, so there was no view. Go elsewhere!

It's a beautiful building. From the entrance it looks like a castle hidden in a back alley. Everything else was good too, except there's no parking. Luckily there's a university nearby where you can park vehicles. It costs 1,000 riel an hour.

We were a bit unsure about the alley when we arrived, but inside, the lobby was nicely decorated and we were greeted by a friendly person. We stayed one night in room 601, a superior double. It was extremely comfortable and clean, with a nice double bed, kitchenette, fridge freezer, TV, kettle, desk, and good air conditioning. The shower was hot and powerful, and the elevator was very modern. This might have been our favorite hotel in Cambodia. There were all the necessities, and it seemed like somewhere you could comfortably stay for a long time.
