I’ve stayed twice and been thoroughly happy both times. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, and for the price this guesthouse is an absolute steal. Staff are friendly and very accommodating, and the food is really good too. I’d recommend the Chicken Bojangles. Such a lovely place!

The restaurant service is excellent. Their tuna melt baguette has far more onion than tuna and costs $3.50, which is too much. The Amok Fish was bland and not creamy enough, with too little spice and coconut milk, and I know that dish well. One of the rare places that makes sunny-side-up eggs, yes! Eggs with baguette, butter, and jam cost $2.50.

The food is decent, and the bar makes perfect B - 52 cocktails. The place is serviceable, with pleasant potential, but the staff seem to come from the moon, maybe that’s how it got its name. They’d rather play with outdated electronic toys than provide the service customers need. It feels highly unprofessional and turns people away quickly.

The rooms aren’t the cleanest, but the beds are comfortable. When I forget things, the staff always return them, and they’ve learned my food preferences, working around my wish to eat fewer refined carbs. They’ll make me a breakfast omelette and serve fruit instead of bread with jam and jelly. The food has been a highlight. The French onion soup was rich and flavorful, served with a chunk of bread and mozzarella on the side. A bell pepper stir-fry was fresh, not overcooked, and not oily. I’ve also had the deep-fried chicken Kiev, which was very yummy, and the chicken with wine sauce is good. They have good Khmer food, plus an interesting eggplant dish that seems to be from the Middle East or somewhere. I wanted to take some great photos, but something happened to my camera.

I didn’t stay in the accommodation, so I can’t comment on it. The food was good, with both Khmer and Western dishes. A local Khmer friend recommended the Amok, though I didn’t try it myself. The staff spoke English and were polite, but not very enthusiastic. Out front, the Mekong views make for a pleasant place to sit and unwind after a long day.
