The facilities were kept up well, and the staff responded when needed. But I was surprised to be personally charged for cleaning the tower, even though hotel staff said it could be cleaned and the clients had agreed to pay for any mess they made. If clients have accepted responsibility, I don't think the bill should land on individual staff. I hope management reviews the policy so billing is fair and clear in future.

The room size and cleanliness were both 5/10, and service was 3/5. The AC scored 3/5, but it wasn't cool. Noise was the biggest annoyance: the room is near a neighbor's house, where people play cards and get loud.

After several hours cycling from Phnom Penh, having a lift was welcome. We paid, I think, $13 a few weeks ago for a double room with AC. It was clean and spacious, with a TV, kettle and coffee. We had a western breakfast in the hotel's coffee bar, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The riverside is about a five-minute walk away.

It was quiet, and the service was good. Dogs are welcome, with a $5 fee per dog each night. I had a great experience there.

We booked online at the last minute and weren't disappointed by the welcome. The receptionist was very happy to give us a local map and suggest a bike tour itinerary for the next day. We'd booked a twin room, but arrived as a couple and were upgraded to a superior twin with a patio and an outdoor bath on the terrace.
