We arrived after traveling a long way and found the hotel closed, even though we'd booked three weeks ahead and the reservation had been confirmed. They'd charged us seven days before arrival and gave us no warning or apology. Several days later, they still hadn't approved the refund. Terrible service.

We spent two nights at Damnak Borey Resort as a family of three, and none of us had anything negative to say. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and really friendly. We enjoyed the welcoming setting and atmosphere, and both the Khmer and Western food was delicious. We'll come back.

The reception staff were great and very helpful, but we had booked three days and left after the first night. The online photos were deceiving, and the walls had water damage. There was barely room for a bed, so the mattress was on the floor. The tiny shower space had the toilet right in the middle of it. Calling this a “luxe house” makes it sound much grander than this primitive hut.

My teenagers really enjoyed the quad bike tour, and the pizza was super :). The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere, with friendly, helpful staff. Thanks for the warm hospitality.

A peaceful spot close to the ocean and Bokor Mountain, with a garden setting and private pool bungalows. There's a very wide concrete road, 8m across, plus a free Ostrich zoo, an organic veg farm, and a playground for kids. Sonja Kill Memorial Hospital (SKMH) is right next door. It feels like vacation heaven.
