The setting is lovely, beside a quiet stretch of river and just a short walk from the city center. I spent three nights here in August with my daughter and have only good things to say. Simon, the owner, was often around to answer questions or share funny anecdotes about Kampot life. The hotel arranged tuk-tuk service and motorbike rental professionally, and they clearly know what they’re doing. Check-in was quick and friendly, and checking out was just as easy. Our rooms were large, clean, and nicely decorated, with quality furniture. Great service. We’ll be back.

The King Suite was roomy, clean, basic, and great value. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very close to town. We didn’t try the restaurant. Light came through the curtains, but we wore eye masks so it wasn’t a problem for us. Great value overall.

The kitchen is the best in Kampot, with plenty of space to cook a proper meal. My room was big, with a great balcony and view. The owner is lovely, the vibe is great, and the location is peaceful but close to the center. I stayed a month and really enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be back.

This was probably my favorite place to stay on the whole trip. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast had interesting, delicious options. Simon and the staff are such sweethearts. It’s close enough to reach the action easily, but far enough from downtown to avoid the chaos. If I’m ever in Kampot again, I already know where I’ll stay.

Mr. Simon is ever helpful, and the hotel is very lovely. The rooms and surroundings are very clean, breakfast is delicious, and there’s a pool filled with rainwater. It’s across the river from the bustling town, but still within walking distance.
