Crab Market is right there, with lots of local food. Whenever we're in Kep to visit family, this is our go-to guesthouse. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and every stay is pleasant. The owner/manager is always helpful with whatever we need or request.

There’s plenty of parking, and the price is reasonable. The guesthouse is about 50 metres from Crab Market, so fresh seafood and other meals are easy to find at good prices. Our room was clean and smelled nice, with a good view of the sea. The staff were friendly too. I’d recommend it to local and international visitors coming to Kep City.

The owner was lovely, and the location right by Crab Market is hard to beat. The rooms could do with a refresh, but I had a positive stay.

The manager is a really good guy, and the place itself is nice. It does get crowded with local tourists, though, especially on weekends. You might end up with four people in the room next to yours.
