Karine was so friendly and accommodating, helping us with everything from arrival right through our last day. The whole stay was really convenient, and I’d highly recommend it. The setting is calm and private, between the mountains and the beach, with a cozy, homey feel. Even the fan rooms stay cool, though you can choose one with AC. There are playful cats and chickens around, yoga in a peaceful open space, and plenty of places to hang out, including a public bungalow, pool table, shared kitchen, and board games. The restaurant serves good, affordable food from early morning until night. You can rent bikes, walk or jog around, take a quick dip at the beach, or stop by the crab market for fresh snacks or lunch. A lovely choice if you want peace, nature, and a slower pace.

Karine, the owner, is friendly, and her food is amazing, especially the homemade bread. The rooms are clean, and she gave us extra mattresses so my family could fit. Even in a fan room it’s cool at night, cool enough that we still used blankets. My children had such a nice time, especially with the friendly cats and hens. I strongly recommend staying here. We’ll come back for another family holiday.

The bungalows are simple and clean, and the place is green, quiet, and serves amazing food. Karine, the owner, takes care of everyone like a mama. She’s fantastic. Best place in Kep! I don’t want to leave.

The bed, towels, blanket, and toilet floor were clean, the towels were fluffy, and there was a good flow of hot water. The local staff were friendly, and the cats on the property were cute. But there was no toilet paper. It seemed good if you’re French or Caucasian. Roosters started crowing from 3am and kept going back and forth all night, though they didn’t crow on our second night. Fruit and branches also fell onto the tin roof and jolted us awake. Ventilation was good, but without mosquito nets over the gaps, insects and animals could get into the room and toilet, which made it unpleasant. The blanket was too thin and small for one person, let alone two. They provided another when we asked 🙏.
