The setting is beautiful, and it’s worth the walk up. We stayed in a tent and slept better than expected. It was comfortable, and the fan kept it cool enough. The bathrooms were clean and had hot showers. Jay made our stay, from welcoming us to seeing us off. He was a joy to talk to and always around, since we were the only guests in low season. He sorted breakfast, brought us mango, and helped carry our bags. It’s a lovely quiet escape, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

We spent six wonderful nights in one of the tipi tents. The restaurant has an amazing view, especially at sunset, and you can rent snorkels to see lots of fish right in front of it. The food was so good too. Dara is a great cook. I loved the Red Snapper for dinner, and there’s a varied, tasty choice at breakfast. The staff were the best, so friendly and welcoming. We had some lovely nights with them. Big love to the team!

The tents were brilliant, comfortable, and not too hot. I didn’t even need the fan. The shower had good pressure and even came with shower gel. It’s a short walk to town, but far enough away for peace and quiet. You can reach the sea by walking down the rocks for about a minute and snorkel there. I didn’t try the food, but the cocktails were nice. The owners were lovely, and Beth, the volunteer, was so accommodating and happy to help with anything we needed or offer travel suggestions. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

During four months of travel in Asia, this was the best place we stayed. The tent was really comfortable, the bathrooms were kept clean, and the bar and restaurant had an amazing sea view you could stare at for ages. You can borrow snorkels and sunbathe on the rocks, and the food was delicious too. Huge thanks to Jamie and the team for making our stay what it was. We’d love to come back!

Jamie is so nice, the food was delicious, and the deck has a beautiful view of the sunset. You can snorkel straight off the rocks, and the toilets and showers were very clean. We had a huge, clean, cosy, comfortable tent, plus cute dogs and chickens around. It was quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted. It’s also only a seven-minute walk from the port and easy to find, while still being a short walk away from the main beach strip. For us, it’s the best place to stay in the bay.
