The reception staff, a young man and woman, were warm and welcoming. The restaurant women were friendly too, and clearly worked hard. Meanwhile, I couldn't tell what the male managers were doing: they wore shirts, stood around looking unhappy, and played on their phones while the women did the work. The food was very ordinary for the prices, and there's no other choice nearby when you're secluded. Even water costs $3 and isn't cold. You can walk a few hundred yards to Natura resort next door, where the same size bottle is $1.50. Next time I'd stay at Soksan beach for more options, better food, and better service.

I came to Long Beach Resort for a late lunch. The food was average for what it cost, and the cocktail choices were limited and only average too. Local staff run the restaurant, and lots of local people came in later for the sunset and dinner. I didn't enjoy the interaction with the crew. 3/5.

We only came for dinner. Nobody came to take our order, so we had to get up and place it at the till. I bought one cocktail and only noticed the buy one, get one free happy hour sign when I was leaving. Nobody mentioned the deal when I ordered. The food was average for the price, and the cocktail wasn't great either.

The setting is nice for spending time at Long Beach, but the restaurant is really expensive. I paid $3 for 1.5 liters of water, the most I've ever paid for water.

The beach was amazing, and the staff were lovely and ready to help with anything. Since we left early, they even packed breakfast for us to take along. The rooms were pretty nice, though we had expected something more luxurious.
