Top View Koh Rong

The location is good if you want to get to longset or Koh touch beach, though I’d suggest renting a motorbike. The staff were lovely, and the beds and air conditioning were fine. It was the bathrooms that really let the hostel down: no hot water, barely any hooks, and quite dark. The wifi didn’t reach the rooms either, which got annoying at times.

Rooms were clean and quiet, and the food was great. Their pizzas are especially nice. The staff were friendly, too. This hostel is close to the beach and Nestival, so it’s a good option if other hostels are full. The pier is a little far, but you can walk along the beach or take a tuktuk. Would recommend!

This is my second stay, and I really can’t recommend top view enough. The beds and dorm space are easily the best I’ve stayed in, and the view is the best you’ll find on the island. The atmosphere is great: chill out up at top view, then head down to Nest for a livelier night. Tony was really accommodating.

I booked two nights and ended up adding four more because I had such a great stay. The workers were really nice and helped whenever they could. The beds are big and comfy, and it’s a pleasant five-minute walk to the beach or nestival.
