The open layout around the pool was my favorite part. You can order from the pool bar from 11 a.m., though the loungers are already taken by 10. The staff are polite and friendly, but lunch gets busy and they can forget things. We also liked the rooftop Sky Bar, where dinner is available from 4-11 pm. The local dishes were better than the Western ones. Nice pool, good service, and good value. I’d recommend it and happily come back.

The rooftop restaurant’s Asian food was the standout, and it’s good enough that I’d return just for another meal. The hotel is in a pleasant central spot, with a lovely terrace view and a nicely designed reception. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast, though, was rather weak compared with other hotels, and the rooms could use renovation. The waitresses spoke limited English, though still much better than in Thailand. Wi-Fi was poor. Even with those drawbacks, I think it’s worth booking.

They’d set flower stems and leaves on both beds, each piece placed by hand. That was such a sweet touch. The layout is great and the rooms are nice, if a little dated. The place feels bougie, but in a nice way. Good drinks, decent pizza, and close to the temples. I’ll definitely stay again. #SWAG !! Makes you all warm and fuzzy inside...

We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. After warm days at the temples, the pool was a welcome break, and the rooftop bar worked well for a sunset drink or after dinner downtown. The triple room was very clean, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. There was no TV, but we didn’t need one, and there was both AC and a fan. Breakfast was good quality, though the choice was a bit limited. The hotel has a lot of atmosphere and is conveniently located in Siem Reap. Staff were extremely nice, and checkout at 12.00 hrs was convenient. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant.

Sushi was especially helpful with our laundry, tour bookings, and arranging a massage. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. We also loved relaxing by the cool ground-floor pool, and the rooftop bar was a lovely spot for a drink before dinner. Breakfast was excellent, lunch was good, and the rooms were comfortable. A stunning hotel with excellent service.
