The room was wonderfully relaxing even though the hotel is right on the street. The pool was refreshing, and having coffee and a range of pastries downstairs was a nice extra. The staff were great, the hotel was very clean, and the lobby made a strong impression.

The amenities and romantic decorations made our honeymoon feel even more special, and we had a truly memorable stay at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The whole team was amazing. Special thanks to Marylin, Makara, and our tuktuk driver Soknath for such warm hospitality. Highly recommend!

The apsara show was lovely and felt more private than the other, more touristy places. There was also a painting activity for the kids, and I enjoyed the free massage at check-in and the breakfast. The water was too cold, but the spa had a nice steam area. Such a gorgeous hotel, with beautiful decor and service. One of my favorite hotels anywhere. Highly recommend it!

The hotel helped arrange a guided tour of Angkor, about 20 minutes away, and booking it was seamless. The tour itself was fantastic. We arrived late in the afternoon and were greeted by friendly, attentive staff. The design and architecture are splendid. I enjoyed the whole place, from the main courtyard to the lounge. It’s a strong offering with excellent service, and this Park Hyatt keeps the standards high compared with a few others we’ve stayed at. Thank you very much!

The emerald pool is gorgeous and makes it easy to relax. We also enjoyed a traditional dance performance during dinner, with the chance to take a souvenir photo with the dancers. The hotel has an art exhibition featuring painted aluminium dresses, and it can arrange excursions, including a unique temple tour in a luxury tuk-tuk that was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and thoughtful. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with a stunning bathroom and a fruit basket waiting for us. Little treats were left in the room each evening, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. A big thank you to Marylin and Kourou, who were so lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was a lovely experience, with charming little touches. I especially liked seeing the lotus flower folded into a rose, and the shoulder massage. Serenity and relaxation really began as soon as we arrived. We’ll definitely come back.
