The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were polite, attentive, and professional. Rooms were spacious, well kept, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay, along with a lovely balcony to relax on after a long day at the temples. The pool is big, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for a restful afternoon. The hotel is on the main road in Siemp Ramp, about a five-minute walk from the markets and Pub Street.

We ate very well at the hotel restaurant, and the dessert was a particular highlight. The massage was great, and the pool and bar were wonderful. Our room was great too, and the sheets smelled fantastic. The service, facilities, and atmosphere were all excellent. It's not a secret Marriott or anything, just a fantastic place to stay at a very reasonable price.

I enjoyed the sauna after a long day, but the gym really needs more dumbbells. The heaviest are 9 kg (20 lbs), though they do have a squat rack and barbell. Most hotel gym users aren't looking for power-lifting equipment, just some dumbbells. The A/C only had two settings, cold or off, and other people in my group had the same issue. My TV wasn't working, so I called the front desk. A couple of employees tried to fix it for half an hour, then found out the modem on my floor was down. Someone apologized and said a new one would be installed in the morning. I was out most of the day and hoped it would be fixed when I got back, but it wasn't. I didn't feel like complaining again since I was checking out the next day. Life's short.

The pool-facing balconies are awesome, and the rooms are big with large bathrooms that two people can share easily. Great location, within walking distance of lots of places.

A large, resort-style hotel near the city center, and good for families. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was great. The gym could use more equipment and is relatively small, but I was the only one there during my four days, so it was okay.
