8008 Hotel

The room was filthy, even though the bed itself was clean. I was staying there for quarantine and had to ask for a deep clean because it clearly hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest or family. There was hair, dirt, and pubic hair everywhere. The little wooden desk was coming away from the wall, and the TV didn't work. It took a full day to get toilet paper and towels for a shower. Unless the government makes you stay here, avoid it.

I still haven't received my refund after more than a month. They keep saying they don't know the room price. I've gone there several times to protest, but the manager keeps changing and I get the same answer every time. The worst of the worst.

The hotel no longer works with Agoda, but its listing is still up there. Agoda had booked the payment, yet the hotel never replied about it.

We were quarantined as a family because of Corona, and this was the worst hotel. The service, price, and cleanliness were all far too poor.
