A great choice for families, with fully furnished serviced apartments. It's about 10 minutes from the city, giving you a peaceful home with river views. Highly recommended for families.

The rooms are huge and really tidy, with great views. There's a roof terrace, minimarket, pool, and a delicious breakfast you can choose. It's near the centre but on the quieter side of the river, with lots of places to eat nearby. What's not to like? π

I have a long-term lease on a three-bedroom place with one of the best views in Phnom Penh. My family loves staying there when they're in town. It's nice to wind down after work in Chroy Changvar instead of a busy area like BKK.

All the units have views of the Tonle Sap River, and the apartments come in single, double, and even triple-bedroom layouts with plenty of space. The design is semi-open, so outside air flows through the building's alleys and makes them feel breezy, almost like being in an open field. Bellevue Serviced Apartment sits by the Tonle Sap riverbank and is under Japanese management. It has two buildings: the front one has 11 floors, numbered 1 to 11, while the rear one has 17, numbered 1 to 17. As a serviced apartment, it supplies what you need for cooking and eating, including an electric stove, freezer, cutlery, spoons, forks, and plates. Breakfast is served on the 11th floor. There's also a swimming pool on the first floor above ground level.
